A blend of Kauai and Central American coffees. This is a blend that truly highlights the flavor profile of coffee from the island of Kauai. We added coffees from Central America to add a pleasant body to the blend, while complementing the Kauai’s fragrant citrus character. Keala’s uses a medium plus roast profile for the Na Pali Blend, similar in color to coconut husk, to fully reflect the Na Pali’s nuances. The Na Pali Blend as a drip holds a nice polished medium body and finishes with hints of calamansi lime. As a pressed coffee, the Kauai coffee shines through as tropical citrus tones take over in both body and finishing notes.
